Brian is a great listener, never gave direct answers, but did answer you by asking the questions to discover what you really want or what can/should do. He is empathic, culturally sensitive, and absolutely trustworthy. This made those coaching sessions are not just helping me to become a better person, but the session itself was actually a pleasant time I experienced in every Saturday morning.

In the past few months, the coach lessons have changed my life. I want to say a special thank you to Brian Kaiser who is a patient, amiable, dedicated, dutiful, frank, and responsible coach who helped me to have a great improvement of myself for career, life, personal growth, and development……. He has perfected his ability to form interpersonal connections with his clients, making them feel like his friend and constantly have them in mind.

After 13 sessions, Coach Brian gives me a big change. Now I am always “normal Daniel”, “powerful Daniel”. When I meet any situation, I can always keep calm and find a good method to deal with it. This helps me, my family, and my team. One of my goal for the first session is to Increase resilience to stress, and after 13 sessions, I really improved. I am always thinking about his words, remember them, acting, practice. I grow with my team….. From July 2020, I attended COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Coaching. I found a new world. This coaching was different from that in China. Coach didn’t tell me what to do directly. He was guiding me, encouraging me to think and finding ways to improve myself. Seven levels of Energy Leadership™, 10 disciplines, 6 influencers, AIM Smart process, Success Formula, 4 Energy Blocks. These principles helped me to open mind. We shared work experiences, we shared stories. Gradually, I changed myself. looking back half a year ago, I am more confident, I am happier, I am more willing to participate in new work now, and I am very happy to share my experience with the team.

I worked with Brian as my coach for 12 weeks and my experience of him was that he was thoughtful, measured, and exactly at the right moment, he hit me with a question that forced me to get to the bottom line of something. I'm a fiery personality by nature and Brian was the grounded energy I needed to slow down my thoughts and take my time. I engaged Brian as a coach at a time when I was struggling professionally. I was very excited when Brian started my coaching session. I heard some of the discussions before the coaching but not much knew what it really is. Only after it started, I realized that this coaching is not only to teach you something, but also to give you the chance to think about yourself deeper which you normally don’t do. You can then understand who you are at different situations, what the advantages you have, what the right things you should do, etc. Brian is very good listener. And he is also a good adviser. Brian has lots of wisdom….. He guided me to correctly think where the problems are, and what the right approach I should take. I had a course with Brian because I wanted to learn better leadership and improve myself. In addition, I really wanted to manage better for our company’s future……. I am in stress situation in being pressured of performance-oriented order, but I always want to make it better and achieve our target.
